Staff includes ...registered nurses, aides, medical social services personnel, spiritual counselors, physical, speech, massage and occupational therapists, and a community of volunteers.

BRIDGE for Hudson Youth with disabilities ... BRIDGE For Youth with Disabilities is a non-profit organization composed of parents, educators, professionals, employers, self-advocates, business owners, grandparents and interested citizens. Community Action Partnership (education, parenting, alcohol/drug) ... The Partnership's mission is to be a national forum for policy on poverty and to strengthen, promote, represent, and serve its network of member agencies to assure that the issues of the poor are effectively heard and addressed. Community Food Resource Directory...Their mission is to promote access to nutritious food, resources, and education for all St. Croix County residents. For more information, see the following link (Community Food Resource Directory).

Exodus House ... Is a halfway house in St. Croix County, which will provide intensive treatment for offenders under community supervision by the Department of Corrections, who are dealing with alcohol or drug addictions, including methamphetamine addiction. The facility,  called Exodus House, opened under a contract with Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Food Shelf ... The Food Shelf is located at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 1500 Vine Street, Hudson, WI 54016 (715.338.0332).

Free Clinic ... Providing primary health care and preventative health education for the people of Pierce and St. Croix Counties who have no health care insurance. For more information, see the following link (Free Clinic).

Friends of the Library ... A program at the Hudson Area Joint Library, 700 First Street, Hudson WI. The Friends of the Hudson Area Library is a non-profit 501(c)3 group of dedicated library volunteers who promote the library's service and resources. Habitat for Humanity ... St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity is a local, non-profit, Christian housing ministry in Pierce and St. Croix counties that is dedicated to helping our community to partner with people in need of affordable home ownership, by enabling them to acquire simple, decent, homes and improving their lives by surrounding them with people who want to live and share God’s purposeful love and care. HomeShare St. Croix ... HomeShare St. Croix, a non-profit organization, matches homeowners in need of non-medical support to stay in their home with homeseekers who are willing to exchange services for an affordable housing opportunity. Life Care Center ... Crisis Pregnancy Help ...The St. Croix Valley Life Care Center is a life-affirming organization that assists any person who experiences an unexpected pregnancy, and is an educational resource for the community. They belive that every human life is valuable from conception until natural death. They operation on financial and material donations from individuals, churches and community organizations. They are nonprofit, nonpolitical organization, prepared to help anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy. They provide counseling, pregnancy tests, ultrasound services, STD testing, medical insurance, pre-natal care, single parenting education, adoption education, abortion education, housing assistance, educational assistance, employment assistance, nutrition services, mentoring program, baby furniture, childcare assistance and chastity education. Operation HELP ... Operation HELP provides emergency financial aid to pay heating bills for families with financial hardships. PPL Electric Utilities was one of the first utilities to establish a fuel fund for customers in need. Operation HELP is funded by customers, employees and PPL, and is administered by a network of local agencies. For more information, call 715.386.0881.

Our Neighbors' Place, Inc. ... Our Neighbors' Place provides shelter and support services to families and individuals of Pierce and St. Croix Counties to help people move toward independence and self sufficiency. Recycled Wardrobes ...Recycled Wardrobes has affordable clothing options for families. They give free clothing to families in need, Indian reservations, women's recovery facilities and missions. See link for more information.

Transport for Christ ...They are a mission organization dedicated to reaching, supporting and encouraging truck drivers to help them grow in their faith. Contact Tim Sackett at 715.386.7207For more information, see Transport.

Treasures from the Heart ...Two stores, one in River Falls and one in Baldwin, offer good, used women's, men's and children's clothing, collectibles, antiques, household goods, toys, furniture and a variety of other desirable items for sale. United Way St. Croix Valley ... The mission of United Way St. Croix Valley is to unite communities, focus resources, and inspire people to measurably improve lives in Western Wisconsin. We Do Feet ... Anyone who is in need of service and cannot afford it at this time, or cannot physically do it themselves can call Trinity Lutheran Church at 715.386.9313. Ask for the "We Do Feet" program. They will do their very best to help in every way they can. All requests are confidential. Members of Trinity Lutheran Church have volunteered to serve. They utilize their time and talents to benefit others in need. They can help with furniture, minor home repairs, minor home maintenance, painting, auto repair, meals, transportation, etc. See the following link(Feet) for more information.

Wisconsin Community Action Program ... 715.265.4271... The program works to identify strategies that will work best in attacking poverty; with a full scale 'community needs assessment' every three years to identify major poverty problems and needs of local residents and their communities.  Each member of the Wisconsin Community Action Program Association is unique because their programs reflect the needs of their local communities which are prioritized by their board.  Please call 715.265.4271 for more information or see their link (Action).
